Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in great customer service – even when you don’t like something and want to return it. If you have any doubts about your return, please contact our customer service staff prior to you sending the item back, any item returned without proper RMA will not be accepted. Our return policy is fast and easy but there are still some ground rules to follow. We will accept any return without restocking fees as long as the meet the following criteria.

Manufacturing  Fault:

If your product has only manufacturing or material defect, claim can be entertained within the period of 90 days for exchange of product only. No refunds will be facilitated after the refund cooling off period (Manufacturer fault)

Incase purchased item is not received:

In case you didn’t receive the item within the specified delivery time period, you have 14 days to submit the complaint to customer support and after that claim will not be entertained.

Returns can be shipped within 14 days if the product is in its original condition.

We are able to accept returns or exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Items must be clean and free from wear
  • Items must be unwashed

We do not accept exchanges or returns on the following items:

  • Outlet or Sales Items : All items that are sold with a discounted price vs its original price.
  • Punch/Heavy Bags
  • Face Masks
  • Mouth Guards
  • Compression Shorts
  • Undergarments
  • Groin Guards
  • Protective Cups
  • Custom Gloves
  • UFC Personalized products

Limitation for returning the item:

Once the customer informs the support team about his concern in 14 days of receiving the item than customer is bound to return back the item within 14 days of that notice period else the claim of return will not be entertained.
Items which will be returned without informing support team after the period of 14 days will not be eligible for any claim.
Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without return form will be rejected. Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange.

SIZE / FIT ISSUES
Rebel Fight Gears products should fit perfectly. Not quite right? Remember: Exchanges are free. We encourage you to try another size if necessary!

RETURNS(Refunds)

You may return any item purchased for refund for any reason within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in it’s in resalable condition with original packaging and tags. Only items purchased from Rebel Fight Gears or authorized merchants can be returned through this process.

The return shipping for any item that is returned without notifying the customer support team will not be compensated.

Refunds will be credited by the same criteria in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
Rebel Fight Gears reserves the right to decline a return at any stage if item found in non-resalable condition.
Rebel Fight Gears will not be responsible for lost or missing packages sent by the customers and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
Please ensure package is being sent to correct address for all returns otherwise Rebel Fight Gears reserves all rights to decline the issuance of payment.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse. It sometime takes up to 14 days to appear in your bank statement as bank processes vary by the institutions. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Note that a refusal of delivery from the client, will generate a refund. But we will deduct the return shipping cost (from the carrier) and withhold a 20% restocking fee.
